Made at our Campbeltown Creamery on the picturesque Kintyre Peninsula. This award winning cheddar is made with milk from 41 local dairy herds and matured for a minimum of 14 months.
Sweet yet savoury this cheese may exhibit small crystals of Calcium Lactate which are formed naturally as part of the maturation process and give the cheese its distinctive crunch.
